Four models, one point of contact
An industrial label printer that fits your production.
You do not choose a label printer for your business on brand name, but on what has to go through it every day. That is why we deliberately keep the range small: four machines that together cover just about every industrial application — from a few hundred labels a day to continuous production, and from ordinary product labels to GHS labelling for hazardous substances. Below you can see at a glance which model belongs in which situation.
- 2,500 – 100,000+Labels per month

Service
How maintenance & repair works.
Buying a printer is one thing; knowing who picks up the phone when it jams is another. At Aladin Code that is always the same person — the one who installed the machine at your premises.
- 01
You report the fault by email
You report a fault via info@aladincode.com. You get a quick reply with a direct phone number, so that we can go through it together straight away — no ticketing system or queue, you speak to the person who installed your machine.
- 02
We look at it remotely first
On the phone we ask targeted questions, and with a few photos via WhatsApp we often already know where it is going wrong. Some faults resolve themselves that way, without a call-out.
- 03
Repair on site or in our workshop
If it can be solved at your premises, we come out. If the machine has to come with us, you get a replacement so your production keeps running. Most common parts are in stock, so it is often quick.
- 04
We follow up and come back if needed
A few days later we call to hear whether everything is running as it should. If it is not, we come back until it is.
- Response time
- Usually on site within 2 working days — sooner when your production is at a standstill
- Cost
- Based on hours worked plus travel, no fixed fee up front
- Preventive maintenance
- Recommended yearly: we then replace anything showing wear as a precaution
- Condition
- We maintain and repair the machines you bought from us
